CANCELLATION

Before Shipping 

If you change your mind before your order gets shipped, you can cancel your order by writing to us at support@krwa.co. If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Shipping

Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You’ll need to wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return or exchange as outlined below.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your KRWA purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve kept our return and exchange process clear and fair.

Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice are intact and undamaged.
  • The product is not altered, unless there is a proven vendor defect.
  • The product is not stained, soiled, or carrying any fragrance, foul odour, or signs of wear.
  • The return is being made against the original order, and the product matches our purchase records.
  • We are reasonably satisfied the product has not been rendered defective or unsellable due to use or handling.

We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us
    Write to support@krwa.co with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
  2. Wait for Instructions
    Our team will review your request and respond with the return or exchange process. This may involve pickup by our reverse-logistics partner or a shared return address, depending on your location.
  3. Pack Securely
    Please pack the item carefully with all original materials to prevent damage during return transit.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or issue store credit as per your selected option:

If You Paid Online

You may choose one of the following:

  • Refund to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card)
  • Store credit (valid for 6 months on krwa.co)

If You Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Only store credit will be issued. Refunds to bank accounts are not available for COD orders.

Processing Time

  • Refunds/store credits are processed within 14 business days after receiving and approving the returned product(s).
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  • Return shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the reason for return. These will be communicated during the return initiation.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? You can initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us. We’ll confirm product availability and guide you through the process. In some cases, you may need to return the original product first and place a fresh order.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Always retain your proof of return or tracking ID until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
  • Items returned that do not meet our conditions may be returned back to you at your expense.
